This pickle is made from a unique fruit, sohphie (box myrtle) which is native to Meghalaya. It's sweet and tangy and ends up being the perfect base for a pickle. We make our pickles in traditional north-eastern style in small batches to perfection with wholesome, fresh ingredients. It’s made with traditional spices and preserved in mustard oil to deliver a unique flavour that you won’t find anywhere else!
