Black rice has a unique bread-like aroma, nutty flavour, and a fluffy yet hearty texture.Naturally unpolished and rich in fiber, it’s ideal for both savoury and sweet dishes — from stir-fries and salads to dosas, idlis, kheer, or pudding.

Soak for 6 hours before cooking for best results. (Note: It’s normal for the soaking water to turn purple or blackish and may lightly stain.)
