Ingredients:

  • 250 gms smoked pork, cut into small pieces

  • 2 medium onions, chopped into large chunks

  • 3-4 slit chillies

  • Salt, to taste

Directions:

  1. Heat a pan or wok. Add the smoked pork fat pieces to extract oils for about 5 minutes.


    Add the meat pieces of the smoked pork and sauté over medium heat until almost cooked (about 6-7 mins)

  2. Add the onions and fry until cooked. 

  3. Season with salt to taste.

  4. Serve it with steamed rice or enjoy on its own.
