Smoked Pork with Fermented Soyabean Pickle

This delicious bottle of pickle is made with local smoked pork meat. What makes it a great pickle is the smoky flavour of the pork which has been wood smoked along with fermented soyabean. The chutney has chunks of smoked pork along with typical northeastern flavour of fermented soyabean or axone as well as dry spices, including ginger, garlic, sichuan pepper and black pepper with a bit of vinegar, which combine to create an explosion of flavours in your mouth.
