Hibiscus tea is naturally calorie and caffeine-free. It may also be an
effective treatment for high blood pressure and reducing high cholesterol levels.
Take 2 gm/1.5 tsp of hibiscus roselle green tea
Boil 180 ml of water to 80 - 85 degrees centigrade
Pour the boiling water over the tea.
Steep it for 3-4 minutes for a deep magenta brew
Drink plain without milk
Best to sweeten with honey as it has a tart taste
Can also be consumed cold, just add ice once the brew is cool
