Soyabean is truly a typical taste of the NorthEast. Soyabean or Axone/Akhuni is essentially boiled & fermented soyabeans. This chutney uses fermented soyabean and comes ready-to-eat! The pungent flavoured with basic spices – ginger, garlic, chilli powder.
